Philip Levens

Philip Levens is a veteran TV essayist, maker, and showrunner. He made and was showrunner of the restricted arrangement "Rising" for Universal and Lionsgate, Executive Producing alongside Jason Blum ("Paranormal Activity," "Guileful").
